But don‘t you worry, around the Gastein Area and between the neighboring villages Dorfgastein/Bad Hofgastein/Passau/Böckstein there are still a lot of options available, which are suitable for any budget.
We recommend to go to www.gastein.com and look for ‚Pensionen‘ as you will find smaller hotels, which aren’t listed on booking.com. Another tip is to go search on google maps and contact them directly via their website.
For those sleeping outside of Bad Gastein, there will be a (free) Ski-Bus, 24/7 Taxi Service as well as train service:
During the festival there will be a SKI-BUS (free of charge with valid skipass) running every 15 min between 8.30am & 5pm.
